ONLY Then We Can "HELP OURSELVES "
Find"NEW PATHWAYS and ALWAYS Remain"POSiTIVE"
And "EXCERCISE" The "RIGHT ATTITUDE" 
We Then Surely "CAN " Move from" STAGE to STAGE "
And "Find OUR OWN BEARINGS" 
Towards The "EXPANSION OF OUR MINDS"
That WiLL "ENHANCE"OUR THINKING And EXPERIENCE "
We Would Have Then  Gathered
"WISDOM FOR  A LIFETIME 
AND A PROMISING"CHERISHED VALUABLE ESSENCE "
