POST_162 THE BIRTH OF LORD SHRI KRISHNA

Lord Shri Krishna was born in a prison

With a purpose and a mission

He was separated from HIS parents as soon as HE was born

Their hearts sank and felt pricked like a thorn

The Lord had a "glimpse" of HIS dear parents just for a while

HE was carried by HIS father Vasudeva ,in a basket,and HE wore an"endearing Smile"

Nature reflected it's grief

The sounds of the loud thunder was heard

Torrential rains lashed the city,

Every thing around looked so blurred

A storm of such "magnitude"was unheard

The river Yamuna was in full "spate"

As Vasudeva began to cross it,it lowered it waters and paved the way straight

Finally the Lord and His father reached Gokul

Vasudeva met his "bosom" friend

And promised all help he would extend

Maa Yashoda was resting after the birth of her girl child

The Lord was placed beside her and both the friends hid their tears  as they smiled

Then Vasideva carried back their daughter with out  a word 

No one ever knew how the LORD was "transferred"

Thus began the LORDS "Journey"  Reflecting " HIS Supermacy"
