A poor little boy sat under a shady tree He had no one to call his own Sometimes he felt the need to flee His clothes were tattered He only had some water and some broken bread He longed for company and love So he sat down and prayed to God above He longed to have a friend So that his lonliness would come to an end It was night the twinkling stars shone high up above He only wanted to feel the care and love Early in the morning a cute little boy dressed just like him ran towards the shady tree He greeted his friend with an endearing smile and a warm hug The poorboy was taken by suprise and yet in his arms felt  snug They soon became bosom friends and shared what ever they had His new friend taught him to read write,workand make a living He could not believe,he felt he took birth like a "New Being" Together they embarked on a new beginning.
